I am Caleb, and I write Scribe Bloom from Clementi — not as a writing service, not as a portfolio for clients, not as a method you can buy. I am a resident who keeps slow weekends, walks the park connector to West Coast when the light is kind, drinks kopi at a counter where the uncle pours before I finish ordering, and reads by the window while the block settles. If you found this site hoping for ghostwriting or content strategy, you will be disappointed gently: these pages are personal notes, pressed flat like leaves, meant for reading not hiring.

I work days that do not need describing here; this blog is what happens outside them. My neighbourhood is Clementi Avenue 2, Clementi Woods, the canal paths towards Pandan, Sunset Way when friends lend books. I write in British spelling because Singapore raised me among both tongues, and en-SG feels honest on the page. I am not a company — no team, no we, no services page, no pricing, no newsletter because there is no list and no capture workflow, only words when evenings allow.

The heavier note at the site root remembers 12 November 2025 near Chin Swee — I had been at a cousin's flat near Pearl's Hill and walked down New Bridge Road towards a bus I never caught. I do not report what I did not see. The five leaves on the shelf are gentler: kopitiam mornings, coast benches, MRT quiet, reading lamps, hawker stairs. Together they are a shelf, not a brand.

I reply to email when I can, usually weekend mornings and quiet weeknights, SGT. I prefer plain messages — memories of the same neighbourhoods, corrections, questions about a note — and I would rather receive a real email than maintain machinery I cannot look after. That is why the mailbox page offers mailto and telephone only.
